One Ideology: Promoting the establishment of the community of shared future for mankind. The strategy of win-win cooperation means advocating the awareness of the community of shared future for mankind, that is, taking legitimate concerns of other countries while pursuing their own, promoting common development of all countries while seeking their own development, establishing a more balanced and equitable global partnership, sharing rights and responsibilities to enhance the common interests of mankind. The awareness of human destiny community transcends the boundaries of race, culture, state and ideology, providing a brand new perspective for us to think about the future of mankind, and giving a rational and feasible plan of action for promoting world peace and development.
One Goal: The 193 member states of the United Nations initiated and passed the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in 2015. The SDG aims to solve problems from three dimensions of society, economy and environment comprehensively and thoroughly from 2015 to 2030, leading to the path of sustainable development and identify 17 specific targets , including: eliminating poverty; eliminating hunger; good health and well-being; high quality education; gender equality; clean drinking water and facility; cheap and clean energy; decent work and economic growth; industry, innovation and infrastructure; closing the gap; sustainable cities and communities; responsible consumption and production; climate action; underwater living; terrestrial life; peace, justice and strong institutions; partnership for goal-making .
One Initiative: China put forward the "Belt and Road" development strategy and cooperation initiative in 2013, which received a global consensus and was endorsed by more than 100 countries and international organizations. At the 71st UN General Assembly in 2016, the resolution welcomed the Belt and Road Initiative and other economic cooperation initiatives, calling on the international community to provide a safe and secure environment for the Belt and Road Initiative. The Belt and One Road initiative proposed five?connectivity development strategy: policy, infrastructure, trade, financial and people-to-people connectivity; aimed at promoting economic coordination of countries along the way and carrying out regional cooperation with wider area, higher level and deeper meanings so as to jointly create an open, tolerated, balanced and inclusive regional economic cooperation framework. In combination with the 17 specific goals in the UN Sustainable Development Goals, they are highly consistent with the social development needs of countries along the Silk Road, that is, the 17 sustainable development goals set out the strategic direction while The Belt and Road Initiative provides the implementation elements.
