Who We Are

The World Public Diplomacy Organization (WPDO) is an international non-profit and non-governmental organization,

established in Geneva with the approval of the Swiss federal government and operates globally.

The purpose of WPDO is to unite knowledgeable people throughout the world and elites 

from all walks of life who are willing to make contributions to social development. 

WPDO promotes the thinking of social development through public and people-to-people diplomacy, 

and offers service to the development of society with the help of economy globalization.

WPDO will focus on "One Thought, One Goal and One Initiative", giving public diplomacy its full advantage, integrating resources from various industries, and sincerely contributing to social  development, emphasizing on public health, environmental protection, education, population aging, health, female / youth capacity-building, social innovation and other social development works.

Mohamed Sahbi BASLY
Mohamed Sahbi BASLY is the Founding member of WPDO, the Former Ambassador of Tunisia to China, India and Spain, the Founder President of China-Tunisia Cooperation Council since November 2014.

Ma Zhenxuan
Ma Zhenxuan is a Founding member of WPDO. He is a pioneer, promoter and practitioner of public diplomacy in China. He is the President of Public Diplomacy and Culture Exchange Center. Under his leadership and efforts, Public Diplomacy Center has successfully planned and held hundreds of activities of high international influence in the area of public diplomacy since its foundation in 2009, and has received extensive attention and praise at home and abroad.
